Is the shipping free?

For orders under $20, a small shipping fee between $0–$19 may apply depending on the product and destination.
When will I receive my item?

Processing takes 12–36 hours, and shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Can I change or return my item?
Yes, you can return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please contact us at info@petlyzone.com before sending any returns.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us with proof of damage.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
