How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 12–36 hours from our warehouse in Bellingham, WA.
Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping option.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment summary. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) to make sure you’ve received it.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We can update your shipping address only if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your correct address. Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.
